Lab2Plant is software that assists Process Chemists with scaling up a process by providing automatically determining the size and number of batches required to meet a given production level. Lab2Plant analyzes the process for potential processing, safety and regulatory concerns that need to be addressed before moving to pilot scale. To provide these capabilities, Lab2Plant estimates essential thermophysical properties of new organic compounds based on molecular structure. In addition, Lab2Plant can be used to compare two processes or evaluate the ramifications of various process changes.
